PSCO observed evidence of severe corrosion and salt water build up throughout the engine room including on top of the incinerator, incinerator waste oil tank, valves, system piping, and exhaust components. Crew reported major scrubber pipe leak three months ago and srubber leaks when vessel reaches above 70 RPM.74SOLAS (2004) II-1/26
