Visible leakage fou on main deck stbd sludge pipe. Inspector found only residue from discharge pipe from severe wastage.

Resolution: It was verified that the holed section was completely replaced from the flange to flange. The welding was performed by one crew member certified and hydrostatically tested at about 7 bars by the engineer with photo evidence presented and verified.
