PSCO observed 32 x 26 cm hole in starboard sideshell (part of fuel tank #33). 74 SOLAS 04 II-1/3-1 Code 17ac

Resolution: DNV Statement reads, “Repaired/rectified: It was reported by the vessel’s Master that the crew cleaned the rescue boat engine’s carburetor and fuel lines. Rescue boat was started & tested and found to be satisfactory.”
