DOORS AND DOOR FRAMES IN "A" CLASS DIVISIONS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF STEEL. PSCO'S OBSERVED A PENETRATION THROUGH A BROKEN LOCKING MECHANISM WHICH WOULD ALLOW FOR THE PASSAGE OF BOTH SMOKE AND FLAMES THROUGH THE PAINT LOCKER DOOR.
