A vessel equipped w/ ballast water tanks that operates in the waters of the US must maintain a BWMP that has been developed specifically for the vessel and that will allow those responsible for the plans implementation to understand and follow the vessel's ballast water management strategy and comply with the requirements of this subpart. Vessel's BWMP does not include all of the necessary provisions in 33CFR151 Subpart D, vessel's BWMP must include the provisions listed in 33CFR151.2050(g)
