The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the conditions of the regulations to ensure that the ship is fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship. The hull and shaft seal were damaged during a grounding casualty.

Resolution: Received Class report (attached) assigning Conditions of Class to all deficiency items. Shaft seal to be repaired no later than 13 NOV 2020. Hull survey identified dent in bulbous bow, to be repaired by next drydock.
