THE APPLIANCES SHALL BE KEPT CLEAN, PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND STOWED AND SHALL BE REGULARLY INSPECTED TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE SAFE TO USE. PSCO OBSERVED STBD SIDE PILOT LADDER (SERIAL NUMBER 249575) TO HAVE EXTREME FRAYING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SHACKLES. VESSEL HAS AN ADDITIONAL PILOT LADDER THAT THEY WILL UTILIZED UNTIL REPLACEMENT ARRIVES AT NEXT PORT.
