Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from DNV-GL stating the deficiency was rectified. Sight glass on boiler was renewed and observed in operation with no signs of leakage.

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from DNV-GL stating the deficiency was rectified. Hydrualic pipe was replaced flange to flange. The hatch cover was opened and closed several times and observed with no defects.

PSCO observed several emergency lights that were inoperable as well as emergency fixtures that were not marked as indicated on the fire control plan. Crew was not able to replace all non-working bulbs or paint fixtures while PSCO was on board. 74SOLAS (09) III/11.4 16a
