It was reported that the vessel does not have engine control from the bridge. Prior to movement, provide a report to the USCG attesting to the repairs to the satisfaction of the vessels Classification Society. 74 SOLAS (2020) I/11

In tankers, electrical equipment, cables, and wiring shall not be installed in hazardous locations unless it conforms with standards not inferior to those acceptable to the organization. Numerous electrical hazards exist on cargo deck, to include the following. Loose connection on temperature sensor for retention tank top. Two light fixtures forward of house/foam room with loose and exposed wiring. Light fixture underneath deck crane, which lights safe access to the bow, has cracked and broken light enclosure. Deck light outboard of SMPEP locker installed on railing has loose/exposed wiring. 74SOLAS(14)II-I/45.11

Foam analysis must be conducted annually. PSCO discovered vessel did not have current/valid analysis certificate onboard.
