The design shall have regard to materials used in construction, the purpose for which the equipment is intended, the working conditions to which it will be subjected and the environmental conditions on board. a small plastic drum was found under the #2 M/E & G/E FO supply pump #2, unknown to the 1 A/E, which is catching leaking oil from that pump.
