07126- Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed fuel accumulation on top of the MGO fuel filter in the purifier room. Filter was installed incorrectly after cleaning and was leaking from the filter on top. 74 SOLAS (14) II-2/4.1.6.2
