The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. 74SOLAS(20) I/11(a) PSCO observed a broken manual fill valve on the boiler cascade tank resulting in a 7 cubic meter overfill that was denoted in the oil record book dated 05FEB2024.
