15106 - Shipboard Operations - The company and the ship shall comply with the requirements of the International Safety Management Code. For the purpose of this regulation, the requirements of the Code shall be treated as mandatory. The complany should establish procedures, plans and instructions, including checklist as appropiate, for key shipboard operations concerning the dafety of the environment. The various tasks should be defined and assigned to qualified personnel. PSCO observed vapor leaking from six butterworth tank openings. Please provide company with concurrence from administration to prevent a future hazardous deck environment. 74 SOLAS (2014) cons. IX/3.1, ISM Code 7 50ab
