11108: All life-saving appliances and arrangements shall comply with the applicable requirements of the code; the liferaft shall be packed in a container that is: as far as practicable water tight except for drain holes in the container bottom. Resolution: Received class report stating that all three of the vessel's life rafts were replaced with new ones and that the painter gaskets were inspected satisfactorily.
