For this purpose, the following functional requirements shall be met: means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed catch pan with accumulated lube oil placed under number 3 generator oil cooler. Chief Engineer stated oil was from a leak caused by a bad gasket.-74SOLAS(09)/II-2/4.1.1-50ac
