07126- Oil accumulation in engine room- Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO discovered active diesel leak on transfer pump system in the purifier room. Additionally PSCO discovered an active diesel leak on the emergency generator fuel tank strainer and electrical fuel pump.

Resolution: Recevied class report stating the following: crew cleaned oil separator ventilaiotn system, re-tightened bolts on the crankcase and replaced the oil. Upon completion of the repair the EDG was operationally tested and considered satisfactory.
