A vessel must comply with the structural design requirements of one of the standards listed below for the hull material of the vessel. Aluminum hull vessels: (1) Lloyd's Yachts and Small Craft; or ABS Steel Vessel Rules (<61 Meters), with the appropriate conversions from the ABS Aluminum Vessel Rule. The aft port pontoon section is experiencing water intrusion due to cracking in pontoon hull material and/ or failed welds. Make permanent repairs to the aft port pontoon section to the satisfaction of the attending CG Marine Inspector. Then conduct non-destructive testing, and prove watertight integrity in the presence of the attending CG Marine Inspector. 46CFR177.300
