Every crew member with assigned emergency duties shall be familiar with emergency training and drills. Crew attempted and failed two fire drills. Crew cannot demonstrate to PSCO during fire drills proper fire fighting procedures and techniques. Crew is also not familiar with properly donning immersion suits. SOLAS74(2014 CONS) Ch.
