Subject vessel, of keel laid date 02OCT09 and ballast water capacity of 11280.60 m3, is past its compliance date per the implementation schedule in 33 CFR151.2035(b). Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted proper documentation from Sperry Marine technician D.F. Oman stating the deficiency was rectified. Linkage bar was found not square, and was readjusted and tightened. Operation now satisfactory.
