Every ship which does not carry a doctor shall be provided with an approved medicine chest with readily understandable instructions with medicine chest had 02 expired medicines 01 from SEP 2019 and “extra medicine”, one which expired 01NOV19.

The purpose of this regulation is to prevent the ignition of combustible materials or flammable liquids. For this purpose, the following functional requirements shall be met. The ignitability of combustible materials shall be restricted. The lint trap in the laundry was full of lint after washing and drying all ship’s linens.

Before the ship leaves port and all times during the voyage, all lifesaving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. The starboard and port lifebuoys were extremely frayed due to unapproved cotton line.
