Nozzles shall be of an approved dual-purpose type (I.E. Spray/Jet Type)... During bridge exam 02 diffferent nozzles were tested, one aluminum & one brass, while running the emergency fire pump; neither nozzle could produce a spray. Vessel appears to have mostly aluminium nozzles that cannot produce a spray.74 Solas 2020 Consolidated Chap II-2 Reg 10.2.3.3.4

Engine room pre-arrival checklist showed that IG system and alarms were tested on 17 July 2021, but such testing was not completed. PSCO recommends external ISM audit within 90 days. 74SOLAS(14) IX/3.1 ISM Ch. 7 c.
