0899-Other (accident prevention)-Each transfer pipe on board a vessel is required to be tested under static liquid pressure to at least 1.5 times the max allowable working pressure annually. The fuel and lube oil piping were tested by air to the MAWP. Provide documentation attesting to hydrostatic test prior to bunkering in U.S. 33 CFR 156.170
