From the main steering psoition, the horizontal field of vision shall extend over an arc from right ahead to atleast 60 degrees on each side of the ship. Center Staboard bridge window pane is cracked on both internal and external sides, obstructing full arc of visibility.

Any Discharge into the sea of oil or oily mixtures from ships of 400 gross tonnage and above shall be prohibeted except when all the following conditions are satisfied; The oil content of effluent without dilution does not exceed 15ppm. Oil content meter did not indicate PPMs below 16ppm. - Vessel to have class come out and verify proper operation of oil content meter.
