ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS SHALL BE SUCH THAT THE SAFETY OF PASSENGERS, CREW, AND SHIP FROM ELECTRICAL HAZARDS WILL BE ENSURED. PSCO OBSERVED MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL HAZARDS IN MACHINERY SPACES, INCLUDING EXPOSED WIRING BY MAIN ENGINE LUBE OIL AUTO FILTER, CAMERA BY THE OWS, LIGHT FIXTURE ABOVE REFRIGERATION UNIT, AND THE BREAKER FOR THE EMERGENCY DISTRIBUTION PANEL INSIDE THE EMERGENCY GENERATOR ROOM. ALSO OBSERVED NO NON-CONDUCTIVE MATS BY MULTIPLE SWITCHBOARDS AND CONTROL PANELS IN THE ENGINE ROOM. 74 SOLAS (04) II-1/40.1.3
