Cargo, cargo units and cargo transport units carried on or under deck shall be so loaded, stowed, and secured as to prevent as far as practical, throughout the voyage, damage or hazard to the ship and person on board. PSCO were informed that the ship had damaged containers in cargo holds 3, 4, and 5. Vessel has hired salvers to remove damaged containers. Hold five has been emptied and preliminary inspected by class. Cargo holds 3 and 4 still have damaged cargo and unkown damage to the holds.

The following requirements shall govern application of the tables: Table 9.5 and 9.6 shall apply respectively to the bulkheads and decks separating adjacent spaces.
PSCOs identified compromised fire boundary in A-60 fire escape trunk in the engine room. There was a 2x3 foot cut out where the insulation and interior bulkhead were removed. Crew informed marine inspector that insulation and interior bulkhead were removed when ballast water treatment system was installed in 2018. 74 SOLAS (04) II-2/9.2.3.3.2.1
