PSCO observed no deck water spray on number 1 cargo tank vapor dome. 1 hole in vaper dome supply line. 1 hole in port manifold supply line. Class inspector on board. IGC Code 1993 11.3.1.1

PSCO OBSERVED 02 EXPLOSION PROOF LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE DRY POWDER ROOM TO HAVE CRACKED LENSES. THE STBD SAFE PASSAGEWAY VESTIBULE WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE AN EXPLOSION PROOF LIGHT WITH A CRACKED LENS 74 SOLAS 20 VII/13.1 IGC 93 10.10.14

PSCO ALSO OBSERVED FUEL ACCUMULATION BELOW EMERGENCY GENERATOR FUEL TANK SIGHT GLASS, AND STBD FUE OIL PURIFIER REGULATING VALVE IN THE STBD FUEL OIL PURIFYER ROOM WAS FOUND TO BE ACTIVELY LEAKING. 72 SOLAS 20 II-2/4.1.1

The master gas valve should close automatically if the required air flow is not established and maintained by the exhaust ventilation system. The master gas valve does not close automatically when ventilation fans are running but the intake and exhaust dampers are closed in the GCU room.
