1705-SOPEP missing - Every ship of 400 gross tonnage and above shall carry on board a shipboard oil pollution emergency response plan approved by the administration. the vessel's crew could not produce the approved oil pollution emergency response plan for review by the port state control officers and they do not have the plan on board the ship. The vessel has an app. MARPOL Annex I/37.1 / 50ab
