Top bracing 1,3 and 5 on M/E are leaking. Shaft bearing is leaking. Crew is using homemade device to fill generators, see narrative.

II-1/45.5.6 Terminations and joints in all conductors shall be made as to retain the original electrical, mechanical, flame-retarding and, where necessary, fire-resisting properties of the cable.
