Training Manual shall contain instructions and information on life-saving appliances, with the following explained in detail: use of all survival equipment. Vessel's training manual indicates vessel should have 04 oarlocks, two for each lifeboat. Vessel has 02 oarlocks, one in each lifeboat. Vessel's crew insists that lifeboat oarholes meets the oarlock requirements. Vessel's training manuals and arrangments do not match. 74 SOLAS (14) III Reg 35.3.8

Vessel was unable to show proper operation of cargo pump emergency stops. Provide class report attesting to repair of cargo pump emergency stops.
