Where cables which are installed in hazardous areas introduce the risk of fire or explosion in the event of electrical fault in such areas, special precautions against such risks shall be taken. Electrical bonding for the Port Slop, 3 Starboard, and 4 Starboard Tank Craters were broken. Vessel Electrician repaired all ground wires.

07199- Other(Fire Safety)- The machinery, boilers, and other pressure vessels shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intneded and shall be so installed and protected as to reduce to a minimum any danger to persons on board, due regard being paid to moving parts, hot surfaces and other hazards. There are 2 leaks on the main engine exhaust trunk that show evidence of burning/melting from escaping heat and exhaust.
