MEANS SHALL BE FITTED WHICH WILL EFFECTIVELY COOL THE VOLUME OF GAS. THE COOLING WATER ARRANGEMENTS SHALL BE SUCH THAT A SUPPLY OF WATER WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE. INERT GAS SYSTEM COOLING SUPPLY LINE WAS LEAKING WATER.
