The purpose of this regulation is to maintain and monitor the effectivness pf the fire safey measures the ship is provided with. for this purpose, the following functional requirements shall be met; fire protection systems and fire fighting systems and appliances shall be maintained and ready for use. / PSCO observed 10 CO2 cylinders with cotter pins in stalled on manual side of system 74SOLAS(09) II-2/Reg 14.1.1
