PSCOs identified 04 explosion-proof rated sensors to be missing the corresponding explosion-proof blank plugs - inside the cargo compressor room. Cite: 74SOLAS(20) VII/13.1 - IGC(93) 10.2.5.1 Action Taken: Cargo restricted (34ac) until deficiency is rectified on COC. PSC Form B: 17ac.
