Before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage, all life-saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. Vessel reported that rough seas damaged multiple life-saving appliances. The forward liferaft was inflated and rendered unusable. The embarkation ladder for the forward life raft was damaged and was rendered unusable. Three forward most immersion suits were damaged and rendered unusable. - 74 SOLAS (20) III/20.2
