Vessel submitted a notice of arrival at approximately 1553 on November 30th, 2022 from Savannah, Georgia and was found moored at Port of Miami, FL on December 1st, 2022 at 0948.

THE VESSEL REPORTED AN OIL SPILL WHILE CONDUCTING BUNKERING OPERATIONS. THE CREW DEPLOYED CONTENTS FROM THE SOPEP STORAGE AND MUST REPLENISH THE EQUIPMENT. IT SHALL BE NOTED THE VESSEL SELF REPORTED THE SPILL AND THE LACK OF THE EQUIPMENT AFTER DEPLOYING THE EQUIPMENT.
