2020: Fire drills should be planned in such a way that due consideration is given to regular practice in the various emergencies that may occur. During first fire drill access to fire area was limited due to ISPS implementation without provision or consideration for accommodation fires. In addition crew member went into space without protection, firemen entered without SCBA on, See Narrative.
