SECTOR MOBILE RECIEVED REPORT FROM SHIP THAT THE MAIN ENGINE HAD A SEVERE JACKET WATER LEAK CAUSING A SLOW DOWN DUE TO A CRACKED CYLINDER HEAD.

Sec Mobile was notified the vessel lost all electrical power and propulsion while in the Mobile ship channel which resulted in the vessel becoming grounded.
