PSCOs observed glass doors exiting the Grand Cure's restaurant, deck 4, that had thumb-turn latches which were capable of locking the door from the public space. 74 SOLAS 20 II-2/13.3.2.6.2

The construction of doors and door frames in "A" class divisions, with the means of securing them when closed, shall provide resistance to fire as well as to the passage of smoke and flame equivalent to that of the bulkheads in which the doors are situated... Fire doors FD-15-3-001 and FD-12-2-015 did not close when tested due to the latching pins remaining in the extended position. Additionally, the rolling shutter for the Flame Club Grill open galley, FD-15-6-006, did close when tested. 74 SOLAS 20 II-2/9.4.1.12 10c Corrected on the spot.
