PSCO observed excessive amounts of fuel oil in the Fuel Oil Purifier Room, specifically on lagging, filter equipment, containments and overhead.

The ventilation of machinery spaces shall be sufficient under normal conditions to prevent accumulation of oil vapor. PSCO observed excessive poistive pressure in the fuel oil purifier room. Request class verify proper operation and balance of ventilation system in the F.O.P. room.
