Resolution: Class Surveyor tested smoke and heat detectors which automatically activated the fixed water mist system. The reset button was tested and found to clear the alarms as intended. No reoccurring faults were noted.

Resolution: Class surveyor had ship engineers fill #3 LSFO tank. Paneling was removed in area where oil was previously observed. Engineers cleaned up oil. No leaks were observed.
