Every company should develop, implement, and maintain a safety management system which includes the following functional requirement: instructions and procedures. SMS cyber security plan states, "Only authorized crew members and employees of business partners can access the restricted area" Server door on rack unlocked, username/password to VSAT posted, terminal connected to server not password protected.
Note: Vessel must conduct internal audit to ensure SMS cyber hygiene is properly implemented.
