THE MACHINERY, BOILERS, AND OTHER PRESSURE VESSELS, ASSOCIATED PIPING SYSTEMS AND FITTINGS SHALL BE OF A DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADEQUATE FOR THE SERVICE WHICH THEY ARE INTENDED. VESSEL EXPERIENCED HIGH MAIN ENGINE TEMPERATURES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO PANAMA CITY, RESULTING IN NOT BEING ABLE TO EXCEED 67% PITCH.
