For structure having no clearly defined horzonal or vertical sufaces, The capacity of the water spray system should be the greater of the following;1. projected horizontal surface multiplied by 10l/m2 per minute; or 2. actual surface multiplied by 4l/m2 per minute. Water spray system on vessel is not providing adequate coverage on cargo tank number 1 Tank top. Additonally, soft patch discovered on water spray line on foward side of compressor room.
