PSCO observed loose garbage bags stacked to the ceiling of a compartment on deck. These bags were not stored in proper receptacles according to the garbage management plan. MARPOL V/10.2

THEY SHALL ALSO BE PERMANENTLY MARKED ON THE SIDES OF THE SHIP TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ADMINISTRATION. THE MARKS SHALL BE PLAINLY VISIBLE AND, IF NECESSARY, SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR THIS PURPOSE. PSCO OBSERVED LOAD LINE MARKING WHICH WAS NOT OF A CONTRASTING COLOR. ICLL I/8.

0720 Fire protection systems and fire fighting systems and appliances shall be maintained ready for use. 04 fire hoses were leaking through the outer liner when put under pressure from the firemain.
