This objective evidence also includes at least three losses of propulsion, a multitude of mechanical issues inhibiting the ship from getting underway, and two SSDG casualties; as well as the technical and operational nature of deficiencies #01, #03, #04, #24, and #25. On-board training in the use of the ship’s life-saving appliances shall be given as soon as possible but not later than two weeks after a crew member joins the ship.
