Operational controls None recorded without a removal date
Years with a record 9 calendar years (2016–2026)
Every line above is a count of records the US Coast Guard wrote, or a date it recorded. A blank resolution means none was recorded in this data; it does not establish that a deficiency is outstanding. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record exists, not years in service. What Maury does not do.

Vessel history report

A report is not offered for this hull. Its record holds only 2 of the seven kinds of material a report is built from: inspections, deficiencies, operational controls, tow-unit appearances, casualty records, dimensions and documentation. That is a statement about the record, not about the vessel. What a sparse-record report looks like.

06 - Cargo Operations Including Equipment › N/A - No Subsystem › Other (cargo)
Issued 19 November 2018 Resolved
The changing of the set pressures under the provisions of 8.2.6 should be carried out under the supervision of the master in accordance with procedures approved by the Administration [or RO]. Shipboard procedures for changing MARVS in Cargo Operations Manual pg. 48 references Drawing No. FZ8-UENN81F, Instruction Book for Cargo Tank and Hold Relief Valve (i.e. manufacturer's instructions). Manufacturer's instructions call for aligning "match marks" on main and auxiliary units and tightening set screw "to prevent looseness." PSCOs found set screw on 1P and 3P MARVs to be painted over, indicating that it has not been used. "Match marks" are not legible on any of the main units, making proper alignment not possible. 74 SOLAS 14 VII/13.1 REF IGC 93/8.2.7. 50ac

Ownership record

The Coast Guard's documentation record for this hull -- the Abstract of Title, with its owners and liens as filed -- is not in PSIX. Ask, and Maury buys it from the National Vessel Documentation Center, files it here with its date, and every reader of this page gets it.
