The cargo ship safety construction certificate shall be subject to survey's at a minimum of two inspections of the outside of the ships bottom during any five year period. Interim construction certificate issued on 18SEP18 indicates that an out of water dry dock was conducted on 18SEP18. This dry dock was not conducted and last dry dock was on 23SEP18. Resolution: The leakages rectified, which were from cover of intermediate wheel and not from crankshaft seal. Engine was checking in running condition at 500 RPM for any leakages and found in order, no leaks.
