The minimum clear width shall be increased by 10 mm for every one person provided in excess of 90 persons. PSCO observed tables in the port side dining area of Yacht Club, obstructing the egress route by minimizing the width of means of escape.

While testing the automatic release capabilities of teh hi-fog system for the incinerator, the main valve inside the section valve bank was found in the closed position.
