Centennial switch on cargo pump engine leaked fuel through switch vent and no longer met leak free requirement stated in 46 CFR Subpart F (46 CFR 56.50-75(b)(5)). Subchapter F (Marine Engineering) required to be met as required by 46 CFR 31.30. Switch required to be repaired/replaced prior to operating cargo pump for cargo operations.
