Every steam pipe and every fitting connected there through which steam may pass shall be so designed, constructed, and installed as to withstand the maximum working stresses to which it may be subjected. Steam pipe at the lower connection of the cascade tank is leakeing excessively, causing an excess of condensate water to build up behind the insulation and the tank.
